This is a free standing rubber feet on the bottom 120 volt 4-Outlet uninterruptible power supply battery backup made by APC, Smart-UPS model SU700NET. Shipping cost makes it a bad deal, I would buy batteries from Grubber Power or any of the good battery vendors. They are tanks, I never had a failure besides the batteries needing replacement.

This type of Smart-UPS units were my favorite when I had a computer consulting business.
